weekend update
1. Its been 3 days since my last cigarette
2. Had a great time at the fall retreat this past weekend
3. Sprained my ankle on an inflatable velcro wall
4. David Pierce is an amazing encouragement
5. I'm out of work for at least a week, so come visit me
